• Ensure that the works are undertaken and completed in accordance with the specification and tender requirements including reinstatement works

• Prepare and or obtain programmes, timetables and information as requested by the client
  
  
• Act on the client’s behalf, as to provide all necessary information and assistance to the Environmental Health Department and Health and Safety Executive

• Ensure that all staff partaking in asbestos operations be suitably qualified
