Regional Managers required to service existing client base whilst
establishing a new office within the regions above.
The successful candidate will play an essential role in developing
a team of professionals to suit the needs of our clients. You will
be expected to formulate effective training regimes for staff as well
as Client liaison, preparation of tender Documentation and Supervision
of Team Leaders / Project Managers under your direct control.
You will also be an integral part of the company whilst ensuring
that quality control procedures are adhered too and in line with
our internal policies and practices as well helping to maintain
our UKAS accreditation standards. You will ensure a high level of
service is offered at all times to our portfolio of well known clients.
You must also be highly motivated and have at least 6 years experience
in asbestos management.

Primary Objectives
- Liaise with the company Directors / financial controller and
provide, within the specified timescales, information required
to produce accurate profit and loss accounts.
- Responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance
with set priorities, budgetary considerations, target dates company
standards and procedures.
- Assist the Managing / Operations Director in the setting and
implementation of strategies and policies, to ensure the Company
goals and objectives are achieved.
- Ensure the growth and profitability of the business under your
control
Principal Objectives
- Oversee all technical, commercial, quality and health &
safety aspects within business activities under your control.
- Assess staff training and safety requirements within your operation,
organising training as required.
- Assess all staff ensuring awareness of Health and Safety requirements
and assess training development of staff within your operation,
organising training as required.
- Attend and participate in company meetings as required. In particular
provide a report at the monthly Operations meeting outlining trading
results and report on issues affecting business activities.
- Ensure regular team meetings are held, and all staff are updated
on any issue that affects them or the business.
- Agendas to be set for all team meetings and minutes sent to
M.D / O.D.
- Ensure your department has the required resources to meet their
respective targets and goals.
- Report to M.D / O.D any occurrences during business activity
that may require reporting to company insurers or require legal
advice.
- Liaise with the Sales Director to ensure sales personnel are
providing focus on areas of your business activities that require
additional work to maximize efficiencies.
- Be alert to business opportunities and promote the services
of the company.
- Maintain established business relationships with clients, through
the development of business opportunities and effective management
of client portfolios.
- Liaise with the Tenders Manager / Director Responsible and provide
any technical or pricing information required as to ensure that
all tenders are replied to within agreed timescales, suitable
standards and level of competence.

Required Qualifications:
- S301 competent Persons Cert
- P402
- P401
- P403, Ideally both P401/403.
- P406 – Training and Exam will be booked if not already
taken.
