Project
Managers
Four project managers are required to work on various prestigious
projects across the UK. Depending on the successful applicants level
of experience he/she will be involved in the monitoring of contractors
during remediation to ensure compliance with Technical/UKAS/Health
and Safety Regulations.
The role will include the preparation of detailed Technical Specifications,
tender escort and evaluations, direct client liason and supervision
of analytical staff / removal contractors in accordance with documented
procedures.
The role will also include the training of more junior members of
staff so that they might progress within the organisation and achieve
their own targets and goals.
Ideally the successful applicants should have or be expected to
hold a qualification in a science or health and safety based discipline
together with a sound working knowledge of computers and a full
current driving licence.
Applicants looking to apply need to have BOHS P401/2/3/4/5 and
or the S301. You must also have a great deal of enthusiasm to develop
your career within a quality orientated environment, be commercially
aware and have at 5 years post graduate asbestos experience, with
at least one of those years working as a lead surveyor and one as
a project manager.
Computer literacy is pre-requisite as is a good working knowledge
of the full range of Microsoft products which you will be expected
to work with in order to fulfil your duties.
