Surveyor
Lead surveyors are urgently required to undertake Type 1, 2 and
3 surveys in both the Public and Private sectors. Ideally you should
be located in the South East of England although other opportunities
do exist within our North East office.
The position will require the successful applicant to liaise with
clients and report findings accurately whilst using various electronic
applications.
Ideally the candidate should have at least 2 years post graduate
asbestos experience, with at least one of those years working as
a lead surveyor on MDHS 100 compliant surveys. A considerable amount
of enthusiasm and professionalism is required together with excellent
communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and
or alone.
Minimum qualifications will be the BOHS P402 qualification, and
preferably the S301.
You must also have a sound working knowledge of computers and hold
a full current driving licence.
